Forgetting someone you love who has hurt you deeply is challenging pero essential ito sa well being mo. Things to do para makalimot:
1. Allow yourself to grieve. Normal lang na masaktan tayo ng sobra. Lalo na sa sobrang pananakit sa atin. Give your self to grieve the lost of thw relationsship.
2. Cut off contant. Reduce or try natin na eliminate yung communication natin dun sa taong gusto nating kalimutan. Wag mo na stalk sa social media accounts nya kasi lalo mo lang sya maaalala at lastly wag ka muna pumunta sa mga lugar na pinupuntahan nyong dalawa.
3. Remove reminders. Get rid of items, messages, photos na magpapaalala sayo sa kanya. This can help reduce emotional triggers.
4. Focus on selfcare. Enggage in activities that nurture your physical and mental health.
